HOME IN THE SOUL

Wherever we are, we can keep connected to our soulful self. It is something we can cultivate and encourage with regular practice, so when we most need it, it is here.

Sometimes it is easy to lose hold of a sense of ourselves, but there are good ways to get back in touch. This course will show you how to do this in different situations and environments. 

We will explore what we care about and what feels right, when we scratch the surface. We will shift from asking it is good or bad, to asking: is it true? 

We will also look further into a sensing of being home in the Soul, and how it feels. Once we learn to recognise it, it becomes more possible to find it and to keep hold of it. And what to do when we become aware of it slipping away.

In this course there will be time to ask questions and share in the Circle. You will also engage with intuitive writing exercises, creative visualisations and word medicine. These help you to connect to innate resources and wisdom, and make them available and vivid. 

As we open space for the Soul, our senses become alive and attuned. It invites us to be more aligned to who we are. There is real knowledge resonating in our being, waiting to be heard when we take time to listen.

As well as 3 live sessions, you will also receive a variety of bonus content, including writing prompts and short meditations to inspire and support your practice. 

The sessions consists of both taught time and held writing space. This is to help you reflect and go deeper into what you find.
