ANIMISM IN ACTION

Animism is both a spiritual practice and a highly practical tool for navigating Life.

It offers us ways to engage with the Living World, and encourages us to meet it as an ensouled being. It is a simple, natural and deep practice that can help us to live our everyday lives more fully, and unearth surprising solutions and possibilities. By putting animism into action, we bring it into the heart of our lives so it can guide our steps. 

When we connect with Nature around us, it also helps to enliven our souls. We do not feel as isolated or limited, but come alive in a richer deeper way. By creating relationships with places, plants, beings and elements, we become part of the World in a new expanded way. It opens our hearts to wider ways of communicating. 

On this course you will learn how to engage with Nature as a living being. You will find out how to ask for advice and guidance, how to deepen connection and how to give thanks and reciprocate. You will learn to discern which practices can best help in a situation, and how to interpret the messages and experiences you receive. 

The main focus will be on how to engage with everyday practical situations from an animist perspective. You will get help for real issues related to work, home, family, projects and other aspects that you want to bring. You will also learn how to best frame a request and formulate intentions, as well as put the guidance you receive into practice. 

This course will help whether you are new to animism or have been working with it for some time. As we continue to engage with the intelligence of Nature, we continue to learn, and receive help to open more fully to what is possible. 

In between meetings, you are invited to practice in your own time. This will help you to gain personal experience of how animism can help you in your everyday life. You will be offered specific exercises, which are an integral part of the course, and will help you get more out of the course. The practices can be done both in built up areas and in wilder nature. 

This course is open to all. Together in Circle, we will work with nature practices, ceremony, and intuitive writing, with time for sharing and questions.

Open to all, no experience necessary. 4 sessions, held every two weeks, with guided practice in between. You are welcome to book even if you can't make all live meetings. Recordings will be available of all meetings.
