We at the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies feel it is not possible to pretend that a devastating war is not taking place in Iraq. Though for the time being limited to Iraq, it's consequences are impossible to forsee, yet it is possible to see what this futile war is costing both in dollars and in missed opportunity to make the world a better place to live in. While the governments of the world seem only able to talk and make token moves, the Mercy Corps at www.mercycorps.org is sending vast amounts of aid to peoples in war-torn and genocide ravaged lands.
